The unfortunate business this month has meant that I'm a little behind on my monthly review read-through and will try and get that out in the coming days.

By the way, well done for keeping on working despite the unpleasantness.

I’m just a bloke with an opinion.

A very valued bloke, with remarkable powers of perception and analysis, and the balls to speak to. Keep up your important work, Morgoth.

No small thing in these times. Much respect!

There you go again managing to put into words what my own feeble brain is just trying to get its chops around.

There’s a massive shift in the so called normies thinking and you can sense the panic going on behind Westminster doors.

Recurring nightmares for liblabcon MPs and Whitehall staff involve a slowly amplifying football chant in the background

Perfectly put!

Brilliant analysis as usual.

Everyone give this a SHARE please.

Thanks Morgoth for everything you do.

And thanks for the support.

Response: “Not a Brit, so take what I say in the spirit of 1776. Betz and Cummings have caught an anxiety wave. It’s generating nervous titters in the First and Second Estates, and will spur the usual flurry of contracts, conferences and studies delving into titillating fantasies. The best-of-caste will attend, adorned in their heroic mantlets, and tell each other how they will stem the deluge. Meanwhile, as Mercier said in 1783, “Hatred grows more bitter and the state is divided into two classes: the greedy and insensitive, and the murmuring malcontents.” Civil war may not be in the birth canal, but it’s present in the womb, accumulating gestational grievances. I hope the UK’s contraception (e.g., rule of law, resilient institutions, strengthening of civil society) is up to the task.

A great article, as ever. I was fully aware of Professor Betz, but Cummings' frankness has really surprised me. It is somewhat white-pilling to know that the bastards are panicking behind closed doors.

I am coming to rely on just a few commentators to make sense of what is happening to us.

You are top of that exclusive list.

Never give up.

Great cheers.

We are being occupied by a hostile political class that (as seen directly and indirectly through its own actions) appears to have nothing to offer the people of these lands except for contempt and fear (for us and of us).

The legitimacy of core institutions is unraveling……people will continue to withdraw their consent to be governed by this hostile, ideologically driven, managerial class of weaklings and weasels.

We’ve gone from “high trust” to “low trust” and are fast on our way to “no trust”.

I read through the comments and can't help agreeing with most contributers even when they may contradict others. I do love this little online space, in an ideal world we'd all meet down the pub once a week instead of typing into black mirrors.

I am now aware that we're all probably on a "list" somewhere (lol) but I don't think I really give a fuchsia anymore. Maybe we'll all meet up in room 101 with wasp-helmets on and we can have chit-chat about it one day. Ha! Such is this Modern world. Best Wishes to you all!

Great article Morgoth as usual. However, I don't share your optimism. If the importation of people with no compatibility with the host nation continues en masse, people with an ideology that encourages subjugation of any host nation, then a tipping point will be reached when things will go off the handle. I don't need to list the countries where that has already happened as I'm sure readers of your work will be familiar with them. Islam is an expansionist religion that has never sat comfortably alongside any other religion, believer or non believer. It will be no different here.

I think there will be a soft collapse of society which to most will look like gradual decline. That followed by a collapse in the narrative when the majority finally jettison most of what they are told because by then it will be visibly false.

While I agree some in positions of authority are waking up I believe the real panic is most are incapable of it. Mental illness might be the appropriate term for people opening borders while shutting down power stations and trashing their own backyard. The Germans and the French are no better.

I suspect a very hard reset is coming.

I am not sure a reset is their goal. A change, yes. But not a reset as such.

But they are going to get one.

Gilgamech's avatar

Pretty sure Dom mentions Betz in that same post.

Something is happening...

I concur with your analysis.

I don't like the pre-cancerous looking Cummings. I get the impression he is just another patsy that is willing to stir the pot now he is out of the inner sanctum. After all, he told us he needed to drive to Durham to do a visual acuity check, whilst we were locked up, with his agreement.

Thank you for your writings. The HnH saga and the seemingly sanctioned state illegal actions of various NGOs such as them only strengthens us.

From a Spenglerian perspective what happens after winter?

Morgoth's avatar

The people fall outside of history and return to the land like plants. Imagine what was happening in Italy after the fall of Rome. Mundane existence without direction.

Though in the case of Faustian civilization there's a debate as to whether we have reached escape velocity, most of history is people not being part of history as grand narrative.

Thank you. I try to stay positive that nature & the cosmos do follow cyclical patterns & this will too. When the "green" dries up the locusts will leave & the seeds will sprout again.
