I think many are driven to seek out information on such matters because the traditional media has become a parody of itself. Even those not paying attention sense they don't report the news so much as shape it. Where do you go for answers? The same thing happened during Covid. Many woke up when the government's antics became impossible to hide and it revealed the support from the media.

Inevitably the insanity of today's liberal policies alienate normal people. And more and more recognize voting changes nothing. The blatancy of the censorship and the punishments for social media posts are doing them no favours.

Just wanted to say yes, the covid thing changed me from being fairly accepting to not trusting anything. It must've woken up millions surely, it was so obvious that we were being pushed into submission over nothing.

Spiff's avatar

Yes I agree. It was also extreme, not just a difference in opinion. Many got a glimpse of the degree of control the powerful have over the media. Almost no one stepped out of line. Plenty noticed that.

What I find most odd is that the people I know that really bought into it and had all the jabs & boosters now seem to have totally forgotten it. As if it never happened. I seriously think something very deeply psychological occurred, almost like a mind-control of the susceptible. We forget that most of what we do & believe comes from the id and then we justify it through the higher functions of the mind. The people in power used dark pysop tools to bypass rational reason. Maybe it was a test as some say.

Yes I know what you mean. I don't know anyone who will talk about it. I think that is what conformists are like. They don;t just accept authority they seek it out. And Covid made that obvious.

Masterful writing,” Thus, similarly to the online world, in the real world, the ground has not been salted by censorship, but made fertile.”

You are saying a lot here.

Hope not hate should be banned - they lie about everything and anything to make their points seem legitimate.

Nick lowels (the guy that said the far right were throwing acid in Muslims womens faces) was inflaming tensions by tweeting a list of places thre was going to be protests after Southport massacre last year and when confronted about his lies he said - “Yes, the list was a hoax, but just look at the front pages of today’s papers. An anti-racist message is being transmitted to millions of homes this morning”

Nobody should ever take these clowns seriously!

The hoax '100 planned far right protests' episode in August 2024 was quite sinister. Especially the way the media all played along with it. The day after ,every single newspaper - including 'right wing' ones such as The Sun & Daily Mail - had the same photo on the front page, the same headline and sub heading, word for word.. about hate not winning etc.

Even people who don't follow news and politics could not escape this false flag crap as every large employer was instructed to text their staff to tell them they could work from home that day if they were afraid of the phantom far right protests.

It’s almost like censorship is just a desperate symptom that it’s already too late for the Ukanistani government regime. And they know it.

Spiff's avatar

It is a fear response. A desperate one. They are certainly not winning the debates, such as they are. I also think it is driven by people who are genuinely cut off. They never meet anyone who disagrees with EU membership, immigration or climate initiatives. To them pushback is always based on ignorance and hate, not a considered position.

It is difficult to escape the feeling their days are numbered. The current British government is a disaster.

Good one, this is insightful stuff, I am a mere sperg, probably one of the dimmer slower ones tbh, and I get this. I go through periods of sheer paranoia, fearing arrest for merely thinking on the Right, and wondering if they'll take my brief angry flirtation with far Leftism, circa 1988 to 1992, into account when they haul me in for questioning.

We're all just centrists with an interest in politics.

I came to the realisation I'm a radical centrist in the newspeak of the yookay. Being neither communist or capitalist, .the irony is the left is spot on when they say the system is fascistic, it's just that it's J ..ish national socialism , benefiting them exclusively

Already there, thank you! Have saved my GP's notes, hehe!

Hello old friend,

You are right. The Establishment did not understand what makes its "racist" hate-object stronger. So it blattered away in the belief that that by such means would destroy us. It only made us stronger - as Darwin foretold - and in ways that it, the Establishment, could never have predicted. Now unsuspecting others are picking up our truths and carrying forward our arguments because they know them to be righteous and just, and in the knowing is an inevitable sharing, a coming home to one Mind. So, for example, just the other day:

https://restorationist.org.uk/does-parliament-have-the-authority-to-displace-its-own-electorate/

There is nothing the Establishment can do. They were always wrong, always, immoral, always guilty of all the terrible things they so promiscuously laid at our door; and now they have only their own ugliness and toxicity with which to fight. Well, if one sets out to gene-kill one's own precious people for no better reason than an unbearable hatred of oneself , that is only right, I suppose.

Keep in touch. Skype is gone. But btinternet prevails! More or less.

Wonderful to see you're around. We should keep in touch more. Dan O'Connor pops up here from time to time, too. What a long journey it's been.

It's only just beginning! Four years of Reform, we have to have a philosophy, a politics, a party.

The 1st rule of fight club ...

What cheeses me off is that they just won't leave us alone. If we went and built our own little place in the woods they'd come and police us.

Was reading Houellebecq's Submission, an Intelligence spook tells the narrator that the far Right have infiltrated the secret services, I found that implausible as being genuinely right-wing seems to go along with honesty and disgust at the apple polisher world. Hard to imagine a typical sperg getting far in a Leftist structure. What is more likely is that there would be competent technicians or those with specialised skills, who entered the system before it was so nakedly politicised, and who never talk politics at work but have slowly become redpilled.

Everywhere and nowhere,I feel it and see it in my daily work and socialising at long last.

It has been slow but truth will allways overcome lies.

Why would anyone even think that a humble blogger who posts about nothing in particular knows anything of relevance about these matters? Speaking for myself, all my info about the political comes straight from reputable and very unbiased media sources. Very. And no way would I heed to anyone saying something that contradicts the narrative these media outlets put forth.

All the talk from liberals, and nowadays Nrx/post-liberals types, that "we got the correct arguments" etc. The constant denial that just before the Alt-right got censored off most of social platforms, the libs got their asses handed to them.

I think you said in a video years ago, Morgoth, that "if you play tennis and you break your opponents arms, guess what, you win".

That remains just as true today as in 2019.

KlarkashTon's avatar

Masterful piece once again. It seems evident to me that the quality of the discourse has vastly improved as a result as well. Consider your great video "When Experts Banned the Colour Yellow". Everybody who sees it knows what it is about. And yet it would not be possible to censor that based on its actual content. Censorship could only be based on saying :"We just don´t like the author". In fact, even suggesting that that video had anything to do with the policies in effect at the time would be a massive own goal for the powers that be.

Once again I am reminded of Karl Kraus´s saying: "It is right to ban satires that the censor understands".
