In my first video monologue in a while, I discuss the deteriorating state of Britain and explore some of the themes and symmetries in Cormac McCarthy’s works, No Country for Old Men and Blood Meridian. Is our future to be a dog-eat-dog state of nature? And did McCarthy embed allusions to the mythic barbarism of Meridian within No Country?
I haven't read either of the books, so I will only comment about what happened to you. Because your ire has been directed at the authorities and not the interlopers, this has given them very little to work with, hence the cock and bollocks that hope not hate had to invent.
The target is us and we know who is shooting at us. The interlopers are an issue that can be addressed later.
Blood Meridian is definitely a war novel. I see it as a book that displays what ultimately happens to white men with nothing left to lose in wartime. Before McCarthy died he released The Passenger and Stella Maris which disclosed his last thoughts about America and the world. Well worth checking those out too.
All that grifting online about "getting out of your comfort zone" is now coming without a choice. Stay well Morgoth.
As always, thanks for being a voice of sanity in the madhouse we find ourselves in. I've also noticed the regime constantly referring to 'those creating division and hatred'. As if the division can only be created by their political opponents instead of being something that simply exists and that we can observe. Don't know if it's cope or they really believe multicultural utopia would be reached if only yourself, The Mail, 'Tommy', Farage, GB News or whoever did not exist...
Enjoyed that! Maybe that's not right way of putting it. By the way what is the term for naming something but really should be opposite, i.e. Hope not Hate should be Hate not Hope, beecause that is precisely what the establishment is does across board. Indeed these are dark times with a barrage of evil political policies hitting us from all sides but there is a glimmer of spiritual hope not only from nature itself but also from people calling it out.
The rich and disconnected elite (the power structure) continue to behave as if it were still 1982. I have people in my own life--rich and disconnected from reality--that are so deeply ensconced in their own money bubbles, that they are incapable of seeing the very real danger we are all in. These kinds of people have no idea of what life is like for the man in the street. These kinds of people--blissfully ignorant of the real world-- have never known hardship--soon, however, they will.
It's funny as I watches No Country for Old Men for the first time recently, influenced by a video Richard the IV did regarding Peter Hitchens's response to the Southport massacre (TLFR5: Hitchens went full boomer).
I'll be getting that book and Blood Meridian for my father in law, who though on our side is still in the boomer mindset regarding the current world.
No idea what point I was intending to make, but keep up the good work.
When we win I look forward to having a few pints with yourself and others who have done so much further our cause.
PS: I had another topic request but I'm now in a random boozer and have forgotten it, because retard.

I always try to stay positive, but it's hard when the system has proven now, beyond all doubt, that they're not stopping this.
'It is also implied there is a chaos coming.'
You are right, Morgoth.

May PM if it corks back to me.
The European remake should be called no country for young women.
Sounds trite but the system is simply evil.
No, generations tend to be static in their sensibilities, usually maintaining preferences of their youth.
I have applied to the career of Pink Floyd and some movies franchises though haha
That sounds like the Strauss/Howe stuff. I've looked at that quite in depth.
The problem is its universal, so a Gen Z Haitian gets lumped in with a Gen Z Anglo-American.
