Hello folks, with the advent of spring and my fondness for cycles and seasons, I thought it might be enjoyable to do the first-ever community post. The community post seems to be a trend on Substack, but thus far I haven't done any, and tend to view other people's as akin to spam. My usual habit is to plow on, completing content (horrible word) and writing down notes or doing research for a future project. However, I feel that there's a danger of seeming aloof or disconnected. So a community post at the beginning of each season seems to be a happy medium.
I'm happy to take any suggestions for subjects to cover, whether in video form or written essays. Currently, I'm busy putting together three recent articles which will become one long video of three readings. It's a sort of experiment, but I have a feeling that without a clear subject or ‘‘Hot-Take’’ in the title it might be a little confusing to people, but we shall see.
