I tweeted you, Morgoth yesterday evening, saying a piece was needed on Hague and his treachery. I'm astonished and delighted to read this piece, and so swiftly, too. Brilliant writing and analysis, Morgoth . Thank you for speaking for us so powerfully and eloquently.

Academic Agent also discussed this revolting vanity piece by Hague, on his Unpopular Opinions show this week. A useful reminder of how much the Tories hate us.

The Fox's avatar

Oh, they absolutely loathe us. As you rightly say, Hague provided a useful reminder. And, frankly- for me at least - a little of the catharsis that always comes when the mask comes off.

LadyofShalott's avatar

Absolutely! Hague is a bitter old Tory Boy. Inside, he’s still the same snivelling wretch he was at the 1977 Tory Party conference (I’ve put a link to his infamous speech in my own comment).

Oh, I well remember the smarmy little toad's 1977 speech. I can't bring myself to watch it again, as I dislike feeling nauseous.

That was such a good stream. The utter shitweaselness of William Vague the foetus and this treachery. We shouldn't expect anything else. Hanging is too good for them.

Proposing that a peak saturation point of migrants is needed to negate French style chaos is like saying we need more rapists available to reduce a rape epidemic, unless I’ve overlooked something.

Great analysis.

He is a classic example of the Anglo-sphere Right, that haven't conserved anything from 1945.

I love them from the very marrow in my bones.

I just Googled what is his income, & a story from 2005 said he had just broken the MPs outside intrest income record with £1 million in a year.

Check out his house in Wales.

I recall when the British media made a point of the fact that Hague and his wife were childless. As recently as 20 years’ ago, childlessness in a man seeking residency at No. 10 Downing Street, raised eyebrows. Since then of course, we have had the barren Theresa May; the, by then, anti-natalist media shut down any questioning of whether the lack of children impacts one’s stake in the future of a nation. So in Hague, we have a childless man, who has never had a proper job in his life, telling the rest of us to step aside for immigrants. Hague was, of course, the inspiration for Harry Enfield’s ‘Tory Boy’ character. Here’s William giving his infamous speech at the 1977 Tory conference. William was never young - just smaller https://youtu.be/qL_p9qjfu5U

Two thoughts on this excellent article.

The first is to point out that when you already have a solution in mind, then essentially every event is yet more proof that your solution is needed. Thus no matter what happens in England or abroad, the solution will always be: more immigration. This is exactly the situation we are in here in the US. High unemployment: proof that Americans won't do the necessary jobs for our economy to flourish. Low unemployment: proof that we need more foreigners to build more houses for more foreigners to live. Popular resistance to immigration: proof that we need more immigrants to make us even more multicultural. Etc.

The second thought is that this little snippet from your essay is imo the key issue: "To turn away from the horror of the real, and its seeming inevitability is to engage in intellectual dishonesty. However, to dwell too long on it is macabre..." this is the mental and emotional tightrope that we all have to walk. All peaceful means of resistance to this plan seem to be ineffective, and by all accounts it will go ahead and reach completion. At some point our nations will be such overpopulated and insufferable hellholes that even the moronic residents of the third world will no longer wish to immigrate to them. I suppose at that time our leaders will finally stop? Or perhaps not. In any event, short of lining them all up against a wall there's literally no stopping it. So we must walk the line between intentional ignorance and despair.

It's even more interesting when you consider the Competency Crisis paired with The Global Birth Rate Crisis when you look at immigration policy for economic consumption.

I, for one, will welcome our new Russian overlords. Seriously, if the Russians did invade Britain, I doubt that the native British would be any worse off than they are now. The Russians don't actually hate us, unlike our own ruling class.

Peak Morgoth.

The real tragedy is that the available solutions to the Bosnia-fication of the Western countries will become more extreme and involve more suffering the longer any sort of real action is deferred.

William Hague is a problem that needs to be solved.

The very first sentence encapsulates my entire being and its getting worse. Furthermore Morgoth, the odds for "Malice" continue to shorten further by the day. If I were a bookies at this point, I'd put up the sign:

"All bets are off"

How great would it be if Hague's "article" and this prime Morgothia were studied for comparison by scholars a hundred years from now, along with the respective author's biography?

The final solution to the Anglo Saxon (European) problem. I agree we are headed for a mix of technocracy and ethnic conflict as seen In France now.. something akin to the judge dredd films being the end result

Dot dot dot indeed William, dot dot dot indeed...

unwanted demographics, living space, historical precedents... just can't... quite... seem to piece the solution together. Perhaps a policy nut can find the right knob to turn or lever to pull, alas

(commenting later, now that I've subscribed)

To summarize Hague's proposal, he's saying that as unrestricted mass migration further destroys the social fabric of Western countries, we need more state repression & censorship to maintain order. Another way to describe this is anarcho-tyranny, aka the worst possible form of government, which is where the Western world is headed; Morgoth puts it poetically as: "The Scylla of endless immigration meets the Charybdis of technocratic control."

This is pretty much why I'm rooting for Russia, China & BRICS to win Cold War II/WWIII -- not because those guys are perfect, but they're better than what we've got. Besides, as the Greeks tell us, hubris should always be punished.

Thanks for subbing. I certainly think the issue of their guys being better than our guys needs to be explored more, not least by myself.
